The important mission of saving lives and increasing survivorship

Ride for Hope Bahamas has rebranded as Bahamas Hope Challenge. Our rebranding increases the emphasis we place on hope, which is at the very core of our mission. Many Bahamians are fighting cancer and the challenge to grow resources to help them has never been greater. Together, we work to save lives, to increase survivorship, and in doing so we build hope. This is no small mission!

At the heart of our work is fundraising. Each year, we focus on our gathering in Eleuthera where you cycle, run, or walk distances of your own choosing and raise money while you do. Because of incredible corporate support, 100% of all the money you raise goes to programs — notably, the Family Island Mammogram Screening Program (FIMS) and the Treatment Assistance Fund.

It is not overstating things to emphasize that you are helping to save lives.

Next year we’ll gather over the March 11-13, 2022 weekend and we hope you’ve saved the date! Please plan to join us.
